The Sacred and Eucharistic Heart of Jesus

Most loving Jesus, I consecrate myself today anew and without reserve to Thy divine Heart. I consecrate to Thee my body with all its senses, my soul with all its faculties, and in short, my entire being. I consecrate to Thee all my thoughts, words and deeds; all my sufferings and labours; all my hopes, consolations and joys; and chiefly do I consecrate to Thee this poor heart of mine, to the end that it may love nothing save only Thee, and may be consumed as a victim in the fire of Thy love. Accept, O Jesus, thou dearest Spouse of my soul, the desire which I have of consoling Thy divine heart, and of belonging to thee for ever. Take possession of me in such wise that from this day forth I may have no other freedom, save that of loving Thee, and no other life, save that of suffering and dying for Thee; I put my trust in Thee without reserve, and I hope for the remission of my sins through Thine infinite bounty. I place within Thy hands all my cares and anxieties, especially as touching my eternal salvation. I promise to love Thee and honour Thee to the last moment of my life, and to spread, as much as I can, the worship of Thy most Sacred Heart. Dispose of me, my Jesus, according to Thy good pleasure; I would have no other reward save Thy greater glory and Thy holy love. Grant me grace to find my home in Thy divine Heart; here would I pass every day of my life; here would I breathe forth my last breath; only do Thou establish in my heart Thy dwelling place, the seat of Thy rest, in order that we may thus remain inseparably united; and so may I one day be able to praise Thee, love Thee and possess Thee for ever in the kingdom of heaven, where I shall sing without end the infinite mercies of Thy Sacred Heart. Amen.

May this Medal be for each one of us a sure sign of your affection for us and a constant reminder of our duties towards you.Ever while wearing it, may we be blessed by your loving protection and preserved in the grace of your Son.O most powerful Virgin, Mother of our Saviour,keep us close to you every moment of our lives. O Blessed Joseph, foster father of my Savior and chaste spouse of the mother of God, this day I irrevocably adopt thee for my intercessor with the Almighty as well as my model, my protector and my father in this valley of exile. O St. Joseph, whom the Lord constituted guardian of His Family, I beseech thee to extender thy tender solicitude over all my interests. Kindle in my heart a vehement love for Jesus and enable me to serve Him with all thy devotedness and fidelity. Aid my inability to venerate Mary as my advocate, to honor her as my Queen and to love her as my Mother. Be my never-failing guide in the way of virtue and piety, and grant that, after having faithfully followed thee in the path of justice, I may receive thy powerful protection at the hour of my death.  Amen.

Consecration to the Holy Family, the Terrestrial Trinity

O Jesus, our most loving Redeemer, who, having come to enlighten the world with Thy teaching and example, didst will to pass the greater part of Thy life in humility and subjection to Mary and Joseph in the poor home of Nazareth, thus sanctifying the Family that was to be an example for all Christian families, graciously receive our family as it dedicates and consecrates itself to Thee this day. Do Thou protect us, guard us and establish amongst us Thy holy fear, true peace and concord in Christian love: in order that by living according to the divine pattern of Thy family we may be able, all of us without exception, to attain to eternal happiness.

O Mary, dearest Mother of Jesus and Spiritual Mother of all humanity, by thy loving and maternal intercession, obtain for our family the tremendous blessing of habitually remaining in the good graces of thy divine Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.  May our humble home, O good Mother, become thy habitual dwelling, that you might be truly present, with your glorified body, whenever we come together, as a family, to pray your prayer, the holy Rosary.  Clothe each of us with your mantle, and keep us far from sin and vice by laying bare the snares and subtle traps that are set for us by the Evil One and his minions.  Being our Spiritual Mother, we humbly beseech thee to assist us, both individually and as a family, along the path of holiness and sanctification.  We pledge, as a family, to strive to recite your prayer – the Holy Rosary –  each day, or at least as often as possible, as a concrete sign of our dedication to thee, and as a continual act of thanksgiving for thine unending spiritual and material aid.  Having consecrated our family entirely to thee, O holy Virgin, mayest thou carry out, to the fullest thine maternal role as Mediatrix of all grace and mercy, that we may never find ourselves in want for anything.  Finally, we earnestly beseech thee, in union with thy Divine Spouse, the Holy Spirit, please purge our hearts of all sinful and inordinate desires and attachments, that our hearts might be open and prepared for thou to givest birth to the image of thine Divine Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in our souls; that we might become by grace what Christ is by nature.

O Saint Joseph, most holy Guardian of the Redeemer and His holy Mother, Mary, help us by thy prayers in all our spiritual and temporal needs; may we be enabled to praise our divine Savior Jesus, together with Mary and thee, for all eternity.  We takest thee to be the supreme model and exemplar of one who is perfectly consecrated to Jesus through Mary, and this through thine espousal of the Blessed Virgin, thine earthly bride.  May we imitate thy sublime example, and spiritually espouse the Immaculate Heart of Mary, that our hearts, perfectly united with her most Holy Heart, might beat in a perfect union of love with and for the Sacred and Eucharistic Heart of Jesus for all time and eternity.
